Setting outto build homesthat last.
Numina Developments is a new residential developer and part of the Numina group. We are looking for our first sites: land for new homes, properties to refurbish, and homes to keep and rent.
It starts with
one brick.
Every home we build will begin the same way: with care over the smallest details.
Then another,
and another.
Patient, properly built work. No shortcuts where they cannot be seen.
Until it becomes
a home.
That is the standard we are setting ourselves from day one.
We are at the beginning. Our plan is to take on a small number of projects at a time, give each one our full attention, and build fewer homes well rather than many homes quickly.
New homes
We are looking for small sites and infill plots to take from land and planning through to finished homes.
Refurbishment
We are looking for tired and overlooked properties to renovate and return to the market as homes people want.
Homes to rent
Over time we plan to keep good-quality homes for the long term and let them to people who will call them home.
